User story

If I want to replace libravatar, I can take ivatar, deploy it, change the DNS records of libravatar.org and everything continues to work as before.

Open questions

• Import of users from libravatar, like we do it for Gravatar?
• Import of user data from libravatar user data export? However, all addresses would need to be reconfirmed, as we cannot trust the export.
