Style and bare exceptions
(deleted) requested to merge (removed):style-and-bare-exceptions into master
- fix most style issues reported by flake8
- fix spelling mistakes and add "codespell" to gitlab CI
- replace most bare exceptions
- fix most "invalid-name" pylint overrides
I can split this merge request, if you do not want to integrate it completely.
